Rider Sign-Up

Step 1: Download the App

Visit your device's app store and search for "SNOW.LIMO Rider." Download the app to your smartphone. It's available for both iOS and Android devices.

Step 2: Verify Your Phone Number

To enhance account security, we'll send a verification code to the phone number you provided. Enter the code when prompted to verify your account.

Step 3: Create Your Account

Open the SNOW.LIMO app and click on the "Sign Up" button. Fill in your details, including your full name, email address, and a secure password. Make sure to use a password that combines letters, numbers, and symbols for added security.

Step 4: Add a Payment Method

For a seamless payment experience, add your preferred payment method. SNOW.LIMO accepts major credit cards only. Your payment information is securely stored via Stripe for future rides. (We do not store any payment info on our servers.)

Step 5: Set Your Preferences

Customize your SNOW.LIMO experience by changing your preferences.

Step 6: Ready to Ride!

Once you've completed these steps, you're all set to request your first luxurious ride with SNOW.LIMO! Simply enter your destination, choose your preferred vehicle, and confirm your ride request. Our reliable drivers will ensure you reach your destination in style and comfort. At the end of your trip you will have the chance to rate your driver from 1-5 stars and they will also rate you 1-5 stars. We don't offer a comment area but if you need to report something good or bad, please email us at: support@snow.limo . And of course if you enjoyed the ride, you can always add a tip for the driver on your receipt at the conclusion of your trip. (Tips can not exceed 100% of the fare. The driver receives 100% of the gratuity.)

*If you intend to leave a tip please make sure to do this before "Finalizing/Ending" your trip. Once trips are finalized you will not be able to add a tip via card.

What permissions are used with this app and why do we need them:

1.) Location - This allows the app to calculate your rate from your current location to your destination, and helps navigate the driver to your pickup location. It also allows you to track your progress along the suggested route.

2.) Access Contacts - This allows you to add emergency contacts from your phone to the app.
