Maximize Your Earnings:
Competitive rates, and access to high-end clientele mean top dollar for your time. We pay you fairly with 100% transparency. You see what you make before having to accept any trips. Enjoy the freedom and autonomy of not having to talk on the phone all day. We try and make your driving experience and income as seamless as possible. You can run SNOW.LIMO simultaneously at the same time with any of your other preferred ride apps. You can purchase your own black car insurance thru a private insurer for much less then what the other apps charge you as well.
Easy application process with quick approval times:
You must be a legally registered limo, black car, or transportation company to drive on our platform. You must have a government permit # from your state or local authority with all the appropriate commercial insurance requirements that meet your state minimums. (*In Colorado we collect and verify your PUC # but other states may vary). It is up to you to provide us the correct information pertaining to your transportation permit and the government that issued it. You will not be activated until your permit has been verified. This usually only takes a day or two depending on the number of pending applications.
SNOW.LIMO does NOT provide insurance to YOU, your VEHICLE, or your RIDER at ANY time.
By using the app, you acknowledge that SNOW.LIMO is only a booking and dispatch technology company. We help you find & book customers while you provide the same great service you always have, except now you don't have to take payments, answer the phone, or pay for advertising. Do what you love the most, drive.
We know your concerns and our absolute #1 goal is to see you making a living wage from the rides you accept. KEEP MORE OF WHAT YOU MAKE. We are not owned or controlled by a big corporation. We have no external stock holders. This platform is operated by people just like you who genuinely care about the success of your business. We are not here to get rich ourselves but to enjoy a journey of prosperity together, with you.
No “gig” workers use this platform. All drivers using this platform either own or work for a legally registered transportation company. That company provides the driver with pay and benefits according to the laws and rules or their state. Companies must be state, local, or municipal government regulated transportation providers. If we cannot verify your company and/or current commercial insurance then you will not be activated. Please submit the correct legible documents when signing up with the app.

FAQ:
1.) How do advanced reservations work?
a.) Advanced reservations can be booked by a rider up to 30 days in advance. These reservations will be auto assigned to the nearest available driver closest to that pickup location about 20mins before the trip. Please do not accept the trip if you can not do the trip, or if it conflicts with any of your other schedules.
2.) Can I update my documents or change my vehicle after signup?
a.) We are working on this update now and should have it available in the next month (IT DOES NOT WORK YET). We understand that limo drivers regularly use different fleet vehicles. In the future you will be able to change the vehicle you are driving so the rider knows what vehicle to expect every time. You will also be able to update your documents from inside the app to keep them current each year. Please submit a support ticket to our team for any other changes.
3.) What happens if I get one or more-star ratings below 5 (perfect)?
a.) We hope that you provide professional service to every rider.
b.) If you receive 3 or more ratings of less than 5 stars in a 30-day period we may temporarily suspend your account until we can review the reasons for these ratings. We understand riders can leave unfair reviews and we will evaluate those quickly and fairly. We have no algorithm to automatically suspend you. All suspensions will be initiated manually and usually only after a secondary complaint arises outside the ratings system.
c.) Our support team will reach out to you and the riders for feedback about those specific trips. If no serious issues are found then you will be immediately re-activated by the support team.
d.) The support team will have the following options:
· Immediate reactivation
· Fix it notice then reactivation when the issue is corrected
· 30-day suspension
· 90-day suspension
· 1 year suspension
· Lifetime suspension
e.) Any suspension 31 days or longer can be appealed to the compliance team via email at support@snow.limo . The appeal compliance team will consist of the CEO, COO, and one rotating employee from the support staff. The team will review the information provided from all sources and make a decision. This decision will be considered final with no additional levels of recourse.
f.) We reserve the right to deactivate anyone for any reason at any time. This is a rare occurrence and would only happen after several failed attempts to fix the underlying issue(s).
4.) Taxes:
a.) Stripe will automatically send your business a 1099-NEC every year for all gross receipts that were sent to your business checking account. When you sign up for Stripe payouts, please enter the correct EIN# and mailing address so you can receive these tax documents without issue.
b.) We do not withhold any taxes from your earnings. You are responsible for reporting and paying taxes for your business.
5.) Deadheading:
a.) Usually, most limo companies only take guests one direction and then have an empty car for the return trip. We hope this platform allows you to fill in those empty trip segments with paying passengers.
6.) How are rates and surge pricing calculated for a certain area?
a.) Our support team analyzes rates from major limo companies in each state, metro, or resort area and attempts to mimic a similar rate.
b.) Most limo companies include 20% gratuity in their charges. We have decided to pick the middle ground. A slightly higher base rate with no included gratuity. The rider will have the option to add gratuity at the end of the trip.
c.) We do not use surge pricing. We believe that every rider deserves the best service. If you are willing to pay a premium price, for a premium service, then that price should always stay predictable. We also do not encourage unsafe driving practices like other platforms that offer incentives to complete a certain number of trips per day, or week. The number of trips you complete over any time frame will have zero effect on your platform status, or pay rates. Rates are equal for all companies and drivers.
7.) Vehicles:
a.) We have created 5 classes of vehicles:
b.) Sedan/Small/Med SUV – This is any vehicle that holds 2-3 Passengers plus luggage and is consider a luxury vehicle. (Every vehicle that is not a XL SUV or Van.)
c.) XL SUV – This is any vehicle that holds 6-7 Passengers plus lots of luggage. (Suburban, Escalade ESV, Expedition Max, Yukon XL, Jeep Grand Wagoneer.)
d.) Van – This is any vehicle that holds up to 10 passengers plus lots of luggage. (Sprinter or Transit Vans)
e.) XL Van – This is any vehicle that holds up to 14 passengers plus lots of luggage. (Sprinter or Transit Vans or Mini Coach)
f.) Stretched Limousine – This is any customized stretched limo that can carry upto 10 passengers.
g.) In the vehicle options section, you can select plus +1. This option lets riders know you have one more extra seat then what is listed in the vehicle menu. (Not available yet.)
h.) Vehicles must not be more then 72 months old. There are a few exceptions for stretched limos which will require extra yearly inspection documentation.
i.) Your vehicle must be commercially insured and legally registered “for hire” transportation in your state or jurisdiction.
8.) Complaints:
a.) We take all rider and driver complaints very seriously. Our support team will begin investigating all complaints immediately. If any laws were broken, we will refer the matter to law enforcement for further resolution.
b.) For all other non-legal complaints, the support team will assist first, followed by the executive team. All conclusions made by the CEO & COO will be considered final.
9.) Cancellations:
a.) What if I cancel the trip after accepting it?
You will be required to list a cancellation reason. You will be deactivated after an unspecified number of cancellations within a certain period of time. To avoid getting deactivated please do not accept trips if you are not able to do them. All the details you need will be displayed before accepting the trip.
c.) What if the rider cancels?
We currently have no way to charge a rider a cancellation fee, but we may in the future. If we see or suspect any riders abusing the platform and canelling rides for no reason, or repeatedly canelling rides, they will be banned from the platform.
10.) I want to know where the fare goes exactly can you please breakdown the numbers for me?
