Driver Sign-Up
Join our elite team of professional drivers at SNOW.LIMO, the coolest rides in every town! This platform was built to fix everything wrong with the current ride-app industry, a real living wage! No games, no hidden fees, no junk fees, no fee fees, just honest pay for honest work.
Eligibility:
You must be a legal “for hire” passenger transportation company in the USA with all the required permits and insurance that are required for your operating area. We are required by law to confirm your permits before allowing you to drive on our platform. You must own or operate a newer luxury vehicle less then 72 months old. We consider a luxury vehicle by its MSRP which is about $60k-$150k when new. It also must be insurable under your black car / livery commercial auto policy.
Download the Driver App:
Search for "SNOW.LIMO Driver" in your app store and download the app. You must have a newer Android or iPhone. The driver app only supports the current and prior OS.
Verify Your Phone Number:
Open the app and click "Sign Up." Enter your phone number, and then enter the OTP code sent to you via text to continue.
Create Your Driver Account:
*Provide your Full name
* E-mail address
* Password
* {Go to Next Screen}
* Select your vehicle from the category list. (* No vehicles over 72 months old will be allowed on the platform.)
* Enter the year-make-model of your vehicle on the name and model line. Missing items will delay your activation. Enter like this: 2024 Cadillac Escalade ESV.
* License plate number (You must have livery plates if offered or required by your state.)
* Vehicle color (We don't have any restrictions on vehicle colors, but we recommend black or white vehicles for limo operators.)
* Select the options you offer with your vehicle, you can edit these anytime. **Features Coming Soon** (ex. 4x4, XM-Radio, Wi-fi, Roof Rack, Car Seats, Etc.)
Submit the below required information to become an active driver.
If you are not an owner operator and work as a driver under a larger limo company you will need to sign up with your manager or boss to add the required documentation and business bank account payout information.
These are the documents and information you need to provide:
1.) Driver's License – Front
2.) Driver’s License - Back
3.) Vehicle Registration – Registration of primary vehicle this driver will be using.
4.) Insurance Card- Please take a clear picture.
5.) Business Name: The business name or your DBA name your company legally operates under.
6.) Owners Name: The company owners name.
7.) Business Phone #: Your company phone number. This should match your website details.
8.) Business Website: We will use this to help validate your company.
9.) What state is your business located in?
10.) Who issued your transportation permit?
12.) What is your Permit #? (This is your operating authority # issued by your state or local government.)
Note: We need to make sure you are a real company with the required legal permits. This information is never shared and is 100% confidential. Add Your Bank Details:
Set up your payouts by adding your business checking account details under preferences. SNOW.LIMO uses Stripe Connect for secure and quick ACH payouts. Your must have and use a business checking account with our platform. We cannot make payouts to non-business checking accounts. When signing up you must select business checking account when given the option between individual and business account. We currently do not support gig drivers and all payouts must go to legal businesses. If you are driving for a company, they will need to provide you with the bank details to receive the payouts for the trips you complete. The company you work for will receive these deposits and pay you according to your pay agreements. Your app will show you a detailed list of all completed trips and what you were paid including tips. You can screenshot these amounts or manually create an external list to turn into your employer for payment.
Add Profile Picture:
Add a current selfie profile picture under your settings menu at the top.
Account Activation:
Our compliance team will review your documents and activate your account in 1-2 business days. The compliance team is required to verify your company information before activating your account. This may include: checking your permit # with the issuing entity, insurance verification, driver identity verification, business verification, and any other means we may feel necessary to verify your business. We will regularly continue to check the status of your operating authority at random times. You are required by law to notify us within 24 hours if you cancel your commercial auto insurance. Your account can be temporarily deactivated if you intend to get insurance again in the future. We understand some companies only operate seasonally. You can also delete your account from inside the settings menu inside your app. Please remember all data associated with your profile will be permanently deleted if you delete your account.
Start Driving!
Once activated, accept ride requests, and enjoy the extra income by filling in the gaps of your existing schedule. We try and activate drivers as soon as possible. You should be activated within 2-48 hours depending on how easy the compliance team can verify your company’s information. After you are logged into the app please update your profile photo in the settings so riders know who to look for.
Earnings:
If you are not an owner operator and drive a fleet vehicle for a larger limo company then your payout will be sent to the business checking account used during sign-up. You will have to show your employer your list of completed trips so they can pay you for these trips. Under your trips icon in the settings is a detailed list of all your rides and any extra tips paid/owed to you. This information will allow you to receive the correct amount from your employer. If you are an owner operator you will see the funds in your business checking account 1-2 business days after the transaction. Credit card fees are not deducted from your pay, we pay those fees out of our percentage.
Transparent pay and clear rates:
The limo company and driver gets paid 80% of what the rider pays including all fees. The app keeps 20% of what the rider pays; excluding tips. The app currently pays all the credit cards fees out of our 20%. The driver receives 100% of their tips. (Ex. $100 fare = $80 to company and $20 to platform.)
You will receive 80% of the rate shown on your app that is displayed before accepting a trip, plus you will receive any additional tips, tolls or wait time added. The 20% platform fee is deducted from the fare that is shown to you. The rate you see is exactly the rate the customer is charged and you will receive exactly 80% of the total fare. Your earnings will be deposited via ACH on the next business day to your business checking account.
Tips for making your SNOW.LIMO experience a little smoother:
a.) Review destinations and rates before accepting trips.
b.) Gratuity is optional and added by riders after the trip.
c.) Advise riders on tipping options in the app if they ask, its on the checkout page.
d.) Tips cannot exceed the trip amount.
e.) Represent yourself and your company with a professional demeanor. Drivers and cars should look clean and professional at all times.
f.) Dress to impress. You are a professional chauffeur!
g.) The rider will rate you via a star rating on a scale of 1-5. No comments are allowed.
h.) You can also rate the rider from 1-5 stars. No comments are allowed.
i.) Complaints from riders or drivers will be sent directly to our support team for review.
j.) Vehicles can only be a maximum of 72 months old.
k.) No political talk, its bad for business.
Want to start your own limo livery business?
a.) Decide where you want to provide services, and then look up the local or state regulations in your area under "for hire" transportation.
b.) Create a legal company within your state.
c.) Purchase the required commercial livery/black car auto insurance in the amounts required by your operating authority.
d.) Purchase a luxury vehicle that fits one of our catagories.
e.) Find other drivers and talk with them, get as much advice and information as possible.
f.) Enjoy a competing, and living wage in the livery industry.
Be aware of scammers!
a.) Always verfiy the sender of any emails. All emails from snow.limo should show our domain as the sending authority domain. We will never send you emails with links.
b.) All financial transactions are handled through Stripe an external payment company. We don't have access to any of your banking information. We only see the rides you completed and the payouts sent via Stripe.
c.) Never share your 2FA codes or login password with anyone.
d.) If we suspect your account is being used by someone unauthorized it will be de-activated for your saftey.
e.) If something seems wrong, or to good to be true, it usually is. Just use common sense at all times.
f.) Report any fraud to support@snow.limo .
g.) We will NEVER request money from you for any reason! Do NOT let scammers trick you. If in doubt about anything at anytime please email our support team for answers. It's always better to be safe then sorry. Sometimes there are new scams we have not seen yet so the quicker you notify us the quicker we can have our security team look into the issue.

App Permissions:
1.) Location - This allows the rider to book a trip with the nearest available driver. It also shows you the route to your pickup location. The rider can also track you and know when you are almost to the pick location.
